Hybio got an A for the annual assessment of information disclosure in 2013.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) recently informed the annual assessment results of information disclosure in 2013 for the listed companies. Among the 355 GEM listed companies which participated in the assessment, Hybio Pharmaceutical co., LTD got an A for the annual assessment of information disclosure.

This annual assessment was based on the daily information disclosure situation of the GEM listed companies. Following factors were taken into account to this annual assessment: the authenticity, accuracy, integrity, timeliness and fairness of list enterprises’ information disclosure; the supervision measures from SZSE to list enterprises; the cooperation with SZSE; the management of information disclosure affairs; the situation of standard operation; the situation of relationship maintenance with investors, etc. The assessment results were divided into four grades based on the information disclosure quality of each listed enterprise, which are A, B, C, D from high to low.

There were totally 355 GEM listed companies participating in this annual assessment of information disclosure which was performed by SZSE. Among them, the assessment results of 80 companies were A, which made up 22.54% of the total number of listed companies participating in the assessment.
